The energizing part of an Insight Lab is the customized 1:1 beginning and ending that draws out and links what is unique to you. Plus you get the audio from our private sessions to deepen your learning.

An Insight Lab gives the situation you’re dealing with the respect it deserves. You get to cover both the change event and the transition (psychological process) that unravels at a different pace than change.

Who is the expert – you or them?

The experts tell you what your habits should be doing. With over 5000 books on procrastination, wouldn’t you think that tendency would be extinct by now?

Here’s what the generic approach misses…

Hearing what your habits have to say because they quickly reveal what needs your attention. With a bit of interpretation, your behavior provides the crucial messages you require to navigate from the driver’s seat.

Together we untangle competing expectations and emotions. Deep insights enable you to connect to meaning that fires conviction. And conviction is way more powerful than confidence!

Lab #1:  What’s Next?

Are you deciding what it’s going to be?  Determining how to get to it? Or Both?

It’s dawned on you that what’s ahead is about to change. Your awareness can range anywhere from very vague to very clear. Your energy may swing between I’m ready and the endless what-if thoughts that come to mind.

Where are you?

  1. Getting weary of your long-term role and ready for a change?
  2. Having an inner debate regarding taking on more or less work responsibility?
  3. Facing an increase or decrease in family obligations that affect your time?
  4. Experiencing financial changes that affect your status quo?
  5. Establishing new norms after a gap situation that’s consumed your attention?
  6. Wanting to shift pressure and priorities to carve out more time for you?
  7. Seeing an empty nest soon which means time to focus on your aspirations?
  8. Setting direction and it feels daunting because it’s your first time doing so?

Did you know that discovering your what’s next is not a problem to be fixed – It’s a significant transition that deserves respect.

Identifying ‘What’s Next’ is part of the process of becoming who you’re meant to be. With clarity, you develop stronger personal agency.

Lab #2:  Women Navigating the Forces of Uncertainty

We’re experiencing transition on a collective and individual level. We’re surrounded by strong forces of change that will affect our livelihoods, change the structure of our lives, and affect self-confidence and social respect. Stability will erode along with trust in existing systems.

Handling uncertainty will involve growth though not the kind we’ve been used to experiencing. We’re not strangers to change however this massive force will take its toll.

Holding onto individual agency will be challenging as power structures change or when confronted by your reality-based concerns.

When a paved road turns into a river, traction is no longer achievable. Facing situations we must go through, where things are out of control requires the ability to navigate. While you can anticipate some uncertain conditions, the best preparation is learning what causes you to get in your own way, how to move through it and mitigate the effects.

When the conditions that fuel your success disappear, what will you need in place to function in practical ways?

Each participant completes a private questionnaire that determines focus and meaningful ways to handle extreme pressure.

If you would like to discuss your situation first, book a conversation call and we can talk.
