We examine a single habit from umpteen angles. We discover the why, what, how and when it shifts from asset to liability. Labeling a habit as good or bad is old thinking. (Wouldn’t it be more useful to know why you struggle and to learn how to keep it on the asset side?).
Discover Your Critical Few Habits
This process reveals the anatomy of your tendencies and your critical few habits. We name the key essentials that hold you together when you’re at your best and when you’re facing difficulty. This self-knowledge will serve you a lifetime and applies personally and professionally.
We unpack your personal operating system and what contributes to your successes and failures. The gurus (oops old thinking – they are now known as thought leaders) usually attribute success and failure to strengths and weaknesses. But with certain conditions, a strength can become a liability or a weakness morph into a force of reckoning. That’s why knowing your critical few equips you to navigate challenges with more courage, conviction and competence.
What’s Next
You have a clear vision. You can see it and articulate it. But something prevents you from taking actions you deem necessary. It’s a mysterious hold and overrides your intentions. Adapting Labs – 2-6 people
For a group of friends, family or work colleagues who are challenged with doing things differently. The session focuses on ways to reset thinking and behaviors to accomplish common goals or improve communication and relationship dynamics.
Having a clear goal or plan, doesn’t guarantee that adapting will be easy. Each person must unlearn and relearn skills. It’s a process of untangling the mental, emotional and physical aspects while grappling with the changes.
The best self-improvement comes from learning our way through everyday experiences. Each lab is customized to fit the individuals and intended aims.
